Katie Reigelsperger,
CPhT, CBCS, CCMA, In-D, CPT
CEO & Founder
President of KLR Leadership Council
With 15 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, Katie founded KLR Medical Certification Training School in 2018.

Katie takes immense pride in the dedicated team she has built and the hardworking students who strive to achieve their goals. Fast forward five years to 2023, and KLR was honored with the Goodwill Connections Award. Additionally, Katie was named Goodwill's Kenneth Shaw International Graduate of the Year.
​
Driven by her passion for teaching and empowering others, Katie actively serves on various boards. She believes that anyone can overcome challenges and succeed, regardless of their background.

Bridgette Houska
Director of Administration & Human Resources
Vice President of KLR Leadership Council
Bridgette Houska is the Director of Administration and Human Resources at KLR. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University.
​
She combines creativity and organization to help lead and manage KLR’s academic operations, working closely with students, staff, and school partners to support communication, curriculum delivery, and overall program success.
Previously part of the Veterinary Sciences Department, Bridgette created interactive, student-centered learning experiences. Now, as Director of Administration and HR, she applies her creative problem-solving, leadership, and planning skills to guide program coordination, policy, and staff support across departments.
Her experience in both instructional and administrative roles gives her a well-rounded perspective that extends beyond day-to-day operations, allowing her to better understand and support the needs of our students, educators, and partners.


Charlotte Reigelsperger

Charlotte Reigelsperger is an experienced operations management professional with 20-plus years of success leading teams, improving processes, and driving organizational efficiency.

Charlotte is currently transitioning into the education and training industry as an administrative assistant for KLR certification training school, where she will apply her leadership, customer service, and organizational expertise to support students and staff. Charlotte is passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and contributing to the growth of this organization.
Roberto Flores

Roberto Flores is a passionate leader who thrives on helping others succeed. As Quality Assurance Manager and Dental Trainer Assistant, he plays a key role in strengthening instructional quality, supporting student success, and ensuring high standards across programs.

With years of experience in training operations, team management, and customer support, Roberto brings a people-first approach to every learning environment. He focuses on continuous improvement, collaboration, and empowering both instructors and students to perform at their best.
​
He lives in Michigan with his wife, family, and their loyal dog.


Joshua Rynard
Dental Careers Instructor
Certified CPR Instructor
Joshua Rynard serves as the Dental Careers Instructor at KLR, where he focuses on preparing students for successful careers in dental assisting and healthcare. In his role he delivers clear instruction and supports students through both classroom work and practical skill development to keep learning structured and effective.

Joshua is skilled at breaking down complex ideas, offering steady guidance, and creating connections that help students stay motivated. He values consistency, positive encouragement, and real-world application, and takes pride in leading lessons, guiding hands-on activities, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the program.
​
His genuine enjoyment in seeing students master the material and develop a passion for the healthcare field adds meaningful strength to the Dental Careers program at KLR.
JoAnna Johnson
Community Outreach Coordinator + Dental Clinical Skills Instructor Assistant
With over 20 years of experience as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, I have dedicated my career to providing quality patient care, and helping others while in the dental profession. My passion for dentistry extends beyond clinical practice and now into education, where I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring dental professionals.
​
I believe that hands on learning, professionalism, and confidence are key to success in the dental field. Whether working directly with patients or mentoring future dental professionals, I am committed to helping others achieve their goals and build rewarding careers.
​
Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mother of two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and taking advantage of beautiful weather whenever possible. My love for connecting with people, combined with my years of industry experience, allows me to bring both expertise and enthusiasm to everything I do.


Brent Grisham,

Pharmacy Careers Instructor, Work Based Learning Manager, & Director of IT
Brent Grisham serves as the Pharmacy Careers Instructor, Work Based Learning Manager, and Director of IT. With certifications in Pharmacy Tech and Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, Brent brings expertise to his roles.
What drives Brent at KLR is his passion for helping students. He loves seeing them believe in themselves and achieve goals they once thought impossible.
Celebrating with students when they earn their certifications and diplomas is the highlight of his work.
Brent enjoys engaging with students, injecting humor into his teaching, and sharing valuable knowledge. His enthusiasm for the medical field is contagious as he learns and applies new information every day.
At KLR, Brent cherishes the family-like atmosphere, working alongside his sister, Katie Reigelsperger the CEO of KLR, and his wife, Shawna, in the Pharmacy Department. Brent isn't just an instructor or manager; he's a supportive figure dedicated to guiding students towards success.
Shawna Grisham,
CPhT
Pharmacy Work Based Learning Manager & Finance Manager
Shawna Grisham is our Pharmacy Work-Based Learning Manager and Finance Manager. She assists the Pharmacy Careers instructor with various tasks and ensures that all necessary work is completed efficiently. As the Finance Manager, Shawna handles all invoicing for KLR. She holds CPhT certification. Shawna loves working at KLR because it is rewarding to watch students achieve their goals. ​


Daniel Reigelsperger
Media Production Specialist and Certified CPR Instructor
Daniel Reigelsperger is a versatile Media Production Specialist with three years of dedicated experience in professional photography and videography. Known for his keen eye for detail and strong technical skills, Daniel excels at bringing concepts to life through engaging visual media. This unique foundation has honed his sharp analytical skills, adaptability, and passion for educational content. Driven by a commitment to ongoing professional development, Daniel is focused on delivering high-impact media solutions that connect with diverse audiences.
Marielle Friedman, MS, CCMA
Director of Health Sciences
Marielle Friedman serves as the Director of Health Sciences, where she passionately leads her team managing our Principles of Healthcare, Anatomy & Physiology, Phlebotomy, and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant high school and Adult Education Pathway courses. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's degree in Modeling and Simulation, she combines diverse perspectives for education, training, and interdisciplinary team management.

Marielle is dedicated to enhancing the virtual learning experience, drawing on her expertise to foster an inclusive and engaging environment for her students and staff members. Outside the classroom, she enjoys hitting the golf course and expressing her creativity through painting and writing, making her a well-rounded leader for her team.


Byron Bullock
Health Sciences Instructor
With a strong background in education, Byron Bullock brings extensive experience supporting student learning in both K–12 and adult education settings. He spent seven years as an instructional assistant working with fifth and sixth grade students, developing a foundation in classroom support, student engagement, and academic development. He now applies that experience in healthcare education with a focus on preparing learners for professional success.

At KLR Medical Certification Training School, Byron serves as the Health Sciences Instructor for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program, where he prepares students for careers in the healthcare field. He is committed to delivering clear, structured instruction and emphasizing practical, hands-on learning that supports real-world application. His approach is centered on helping students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully complete their certification and enter the healthcare workforce.

Outside of his professional role, Byron values time with his family and maintains a strong commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning. He brings a professional, student-centered mindset to his work, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and fostering an environment where learners are supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
Jessica Milner,
CPhT, CCMA, CPT
Community Outreach Coordinator, Clinical Skills Instructor Assistant, & CPR Trainer
At KLR Medical Certification Training School, Jessica serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator, CPR Trainer, and Clinical Skills Instructor Assistant. With a rich and diverse background in education and a heart for service , she brings both knowledge and heart to her role, connecting students with life-saving skills and creating meaningful pathways to future careers in healthcare.

Jessica’s passion lies in youth education and empowering the next generation. Whether she’s leading a CPR training or mentoring students in the health sciences, she is deeply committed to making education both accessible and inspiring. Her work is rooted in the belief that when people are equipped with the right tools and support, they can change their lives and their communities for the better.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Jessica continues to expand KLR’s outreach efforts, ensuring students feel seen, supported, and capable of success in the medical field.


Austyn Koczan
Veterinary Sciences Instructor
Austyn Koczan serves as the Veterinary Sciences Instructor at KLR, where she is passionate about helping students explore careers in animal health, veterinary medicine, and related fields. She is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that combines academic knowledge with practical, real-world skills. Austyn strives to inspire students to develop confidence, professionalism, and compassion as they prepare for future educational and career opportunities in the veterinary profession.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures from Indiana University and a Master of Security Studies from Angelo State University, giving her a unique interdisciplinary background in communication, critical thinking, and leadership. Her professional experience includes working as a Substitute Teacher overseas and serving as a School Resource Officer at a high school in Indianapolis. These experiences strengthened her ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, support individual learning needs, and foster positive relationships within the school community.

Austyn brings a real-world perspective to the classroom, emphasizing professionalism, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills that are essential in veterinary and animal care settings. Through classroom instruction, hands-on activities, industry certifications, and clinical experiences, she looks forward to helping students discover their strengths, deepen their understanding of animal health, and prepare for success in both the workforce and higher education pathways.
Sar Moo
Veterinary Sciences Instructor Assistant + IT Support Specialist
Sar Moo serves as the Veterinary Sciences Instructor Assistant, where he is dedicated to supporting student learning and promoting academic excellence. In his role, he works closely with students to provide instructional support and help maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment.

With strengths in organization, communication, and mentorship, he strives to create a positive atmosphere where students feel encouraged and supported both academically and personally. He values teamwork, integrity, and consistency, and takes pride in assisting with classroom instruction, hands-on learning activities, and daily program operations.

His commitment to student growth and development contributes meaningfully to the success of the Veterinary Sciences program.


Celeste Morow
Veterinary Sciences Instructor Assistant
Celeste Morow serves as the Veterinary Instructor Assistant, in this role she supports students in their active course engagement. She works closely with and supports her colleagues to ensure students are empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to support their futures and fuel career aspirations.

With a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Public Health from Purdue University, her passion lies in fostering accessible community-based education, and improving health literacy. A background in hands-on non-profit experience, her can-do attitude, and cheerful atmosphere contributes to the fostering of inclusive learning environments for diverse populations.
Abigail Grisham
Instructional Support Specialist
Abigail Grisham serves as our dedicated Instructional Support Specialist. Abigail's passion for education and supporting students shines in everything she does.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Abigail is deeply committed to helping young people thrive. Her strong belief in the value of family makes working at KLR-a place where unity and commitment are at the heart of everything- a truly special experience for her and her students.

Abigail's background in teaching and leadership brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to creating growth in the classroom. Her passion for education and her commitment to empowering kids make her an invaluable part of the KLR team.


Ethan Ly
Instructional Support Specialist
Ethan Ly serves as the current Health Sciences Instructor Assistant, working with Ms. Friedman
in the CCMA, Anatomy & Physiology, and Principles of Healthcare courses. Ethan’s flexibility
and encouraging demeanor allows him to easily connect with and support those around him.
Having obtained a Bachelor of Art in Biology/Pre-Medicine at Bluffton University, OH, he is
currently pursuing a Master’s Degree through IUI, with future plans to attend medical school.
Ethan is a first generation college student and first generation American and thrives on helping
others find joy in learning. Whether niche subjects or complex issues, he is always looking to
master the books and lay down steps for students to succeed, just as others have done for him.
Outspoken and disciplined, Ethan is dedicated to helping people where he can and supporting
the community around him. These ideals further align with KLR, where effort and support goes a
long way for not just students, but also instructors.
